  17. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING COFFEE DELIVERIES By signing up for a subscription for recurring coffee deliveries, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

a. SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT: When you subscribe to our recurring coffee delivery service, you acknowledge and agree to receive periodic shipments of coffee products based on the subscription plan you have selected. The subscription will automatically renew according to the chosen frequency, unless you cancel it in accordance with the terms outlined below.

b. ONLINE MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS: To manage your subscription, including modifications or cancellations, you must use the online functions available on our website. We do not accept subscription modifications or cancellations through email or chat. This requirement ensures the security of your subscription and prevents any unintended changes.

c. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS PROCESS: To modify or cancel your subscription, log in to your account on our website and navigate to the subscription management section. From there, you will be able to adjust your subscription settings, such as delivery frequency or product selection, as well as cancel your subscription entirely.

d. TIMING OF MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS: Please note that modifications to your subscription may take some time to process. To ensure that changes are applied to your upcoming deliveries, it is recommended that you make modifications well in advance of your next scheduled shipment. Once an order for a shipment has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

e. RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCOUNT INFORMATION: You are solely responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information, including shipping address, payment details, and email address. We will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

f. BILLING AND PAYMENTS: By subscribing to our recurring coffee delivery service, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for each scheduled shipment. The charges will occur automatically according to the frequency of your subscription plan. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available to cover each payment.

g. SUBSCRIPTION PRICE CHANGES: We reserve the right to change the subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you via email or on our website before they take effect. Continued use of the subscription service after such changes will be considered acceptance of the new pricing.

h. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the online management functions on our website. Please note that canceling your subscription will stop all future shipments, but it will not affect any pending orders or shipments that have already been processed.

i. REFUND POLICY: Refunds for canceled subscriptions will be subject to our standard refund policy. Please refer to our refund policy for more details on eligibility and procedures.

18. REWARDS POINTS PROGRAM DISCONTINUATION

Discontinuation of the Bean Counter Program: Effective June 30 2024, JavaMania has terminated the Rewards Points Program ("Bean Counter Program"). This decision has been made in alignment with our ongoing efforts to enhance our services and offerings.

Status of Accumulated Points: As of the date of discontinuation, all previously accumulated reward points ("Points") under the Bean Counter Program are rendered non-redeemable and void. Participants will not be able to accrue further Points or redeem any existing Points for discounts or any other purposes.

No Entitlement to Compensation: In accordance with the original terms of the Bean Counter Program, participants acknowledge that Points hold no cash or pecuniary value and as such, there shall be no compensation or reimbursement for any unredeemed Points.

Acknowledgment of Program Participants: Participants who have engaged in transactions at JavaMania and participated in the Bean Counter Program are deemed to have acknowledged this discontinuation and the nullification of all accumulated Points.

JavaMania's Rights: JavaMania maintains its unequivocal right to alter, suspend, or conclude any of its promotional undertakings, including the Bean Counter Program, at its sole discretion.

Further Communications: JavaMania may, but is not obliged to, provide additional information regarding the discontinuation of the Bean Counter Program through its official communication channels.

This policy update serves as the formal announcement of the termination of the Bean Counter Program. JavaMania appreciates your past participation and looks forward to continuing to serve you with our quality coffee products.

19. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

20. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. Your continued use of or access to our website or services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
