It's VERY hard to find organic decaf Yirgacheffe. Not only does this fit the bill, it's fair trade and I haven't found a better price anywhere.
The decaf is on the darker side of medium (which is to be expected as decaf generally appears darker).
Normally I like Yirgacheffe to be a super light roast, however the I was pleasantly surprised by the complex flavor these beans offer.
This is my new go-to for daily espresso!

My husband and I order coffee beans from Javamania and have it delivered to us in Tennessee. We do not like the flavored coffees, but have tried several of the options they offer. Cafe Bella is one of our favorites!
Not too strong, but gives us the morning "start up" we need.
This particular roast is a purchase simply because it is a Blonde Roast which I'm very fond of and is decaf and I need to keep my caffeine intake moderated.
It's a repeat purchase because it's evenly roasted and delicious.

Took me a few tries to dial in how much coffee to use. Wish there was at least a suggested starting point on the package. The coffee tastes great, nice and strong without any bitterness. Hope I use it up while it's still fresh.
I like strong coffee and I want it to be consistent. This is what I get with Cafe Bella Organic Fair Trade. Have been ordering from Javamania for years- this coffee is my favorite.
