The app is free to install and use. AI label generation includes 10 free generations per month. If you use more than 10, additional generations are $0.50 each, billed through Shopify (capped at $50/month). You never have to use AI generation at all; you can upload your own label backgrounds for free.

Beyond that, there are standard costs involved with running your Shopify store, including your monthly Shopify plan and payment provider transaction fees.

Other dropshippers bundle shipping into the cost of each product. It's simpler and more profitable for them. By breaking out shipping costs at our actual rate with no markup, you can develop your own pricing strategy to maximize your profits, especially on multi-bag orders. The third bag fits in the same box as two, so it ships for essentially nothing extra.

We ship within one business day. Transit time depends on destination. Since we're centrally located in the US near a major metro area, deliveries are fast nationally: 1-2 days in the Midwest, 2-3 days to the East Coast, and 4-5 days to the West Coast.

It rarely happens, but if it does, the product automatically shows as "unavailable" on your store. When it's back in stock, it automatically shows as "available" again. No action needed on your part.

You design your own labels inside the Partner Connect app. Upload a custom background image or generate one with our built-in AI designer. Choose your fonts, colors, and text style (uppercase or mixed case), and preview before publishing. Your labels show your company name, your product names, and your website. When you set up the app, you describe your brand's visual style: colors, mood, and keywords like "rustic," "tropical," or "minimalist." This brand identity feeds into every AI label generation, so all your labels feel cohesive even when each coffee gets its own unique background.

Yes. You start with a default label that applies to all your coffees. Then, on the Products tab, you can generate a unique AI-designed label for any individual coffee. The AI uses your brand identity combined with that coffee's name and tasting notes to create a background that fits your brand but is distinct to that coffee. Your Colombian and your Hazelnut can look different while still looking like they belong together.

Upload your logo and describe the style you want. Our AI generates a professional label background with your logo integrated. You get 10 free generations per month. Additional generations are $0.50 each, billed through Shopify. You can also upload your own background image if you prefer to design it yourself.

Every AI generation costs us real money to process. We cover the first 10 each month at no charge so you can design your labels without worrying about cost. Beyond that, the $0.50 per generation covers our costs. If you prefer not to use AI at all, you can always upload your own background images for free with no limit.

Each generation produces one result. Generations are non-refundable whether or not you use the result, because we incur the cost the moment the AI processes your request. To get the most out of each generation, take a moment to write a clear, descriptive prompt before clicking Generate. Your 10 free monthly generations are a good place to experiment and dial in your style.

The more specific your prompt, the better the results. A few tips:

Be descriptive about the scene, not just the mood. "A cozy cabin porch overlooking a misty mountain lake at sunrise, warm autumn colors" works much better than "rustic and cozy."

Mention specific colors if you have preferences. "Deep forest green and warm gold tones" gives the AI a clear palette to work with.

Reference a setting or environment. "A bustling Italian sidewalk cafe" or "a tropical beach with palm trees" gives the AI a concrete scene to build.

Use the "Extra direction" field on per-coffee labels to lean into that coffee's flavor profile. For a Chocolate Raspberry Cream, try something like "rich dark chocolate tones with bright raspberry accents, elegant and indulgent."

If your first result isn't right, adjust the prompt rather than regenerating with the same words. Small changes in description often produce dramatically different results.

Yes, anytime, at no cost. Save multiple designs in your label library and switch between them instantly. Want holiday labels in December and a fresh look in spring? Just swap your active label. Changes apply to all future orders immediately.

Yes. Every coffee can be renamed to fit your brand. Your custom name prints directly on the label and updates the product title in your Shopify store. Your customers will never see our product names.

Yes. The label designer includes a text case toggle. Some fonts look best in all uppercase; others look better in mixed case. You choose what fits your brand.

Yes. Once your labels are designed, hit "Generate Product Images" and the app renders a branded label image for every coffee and pushes it directly to the corresponding product page in your Shopify store. One click, all product pages updated.

Click "Regenerate All" and every product page image updates to match your new design. The app tracks which images it created, so only the label images are replaced. Your other product photos stay untouched.

Yes. When you generate product images, coffees with custom labels use their unique design. Coffees without a custom label use your default design. The result is a mix of unique and default labels across your store, all pushed automatically.

All of our decafs are Swiss Water Process. We don't use any solvent-treated decafs in our facility.

All flavored coffees are made with a city roast (medium) Colombian Supremo.

We don't hold official certifications from governing bodies. That said, the natural and artificial flavorings we use were developed years ago, so there would be no ongoing animal testing.

If a product is returned due to a mistake on JavaMania's part, you will receive a credit for the original product cost. All other returns and related costs will be determined by your policy.

Partner Connect is a Shopify app, but there are ways to extend it to other platforms. If you're selling through Amazon, Etsy, or similar marketplaces, you can connect them to your Shopify store using their app connectors and route orders through Shopify. If you're doing Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), you could place a bulk order through your Shopify admin and have us ship directly to Amazon's warehouse. Margins can be tight on marketplaces, so plan carefully. Reach out to us at info@javamania.com and we can help you think through the best approach.

You can cancel at any time, online. No contracts, no penalties.

No. Your customers pay you directly through your Shopify store. We only get paid by you, through Shopify Collective, after we ship the order.

We generally recommend against it. Money orders are commonly used in scams, and even legitimate money order transactions consume a disproportionate amount of your time. It's usually not worth it.
