A bold-bodied, medium roast coffee with alluring notes of honey, cherry, a balanced body and bright finish.
Our Colombia Supremo 17/18 is sourced from small- to medium-sized family-owned farms located within the city of Pereira in the department of Risaralda, Colombia. Coffee is cultivated on farms that average about 2.5 hectares in size. Producers pick and process coffee at their own micro-wet mills and then dry their own coffee, typically on elevated tables inside solar dryers that provide protection from the nearly continuous rainy season.
OMGG I love the natural cocoa undertone in the Mocha Java blend! It's exactly what I wanted for my French press. The beans aren't oily or over roasted, which lets the earthy notes stand out properly. It has a heavy, satisfying feel that stays smooth from the first sip to the last. My parents tried a cup during their visit and immediately asked where to buy a bag. It's worth every dollar.

This is easily the best espresso shot i have pulled at home in months! I bought a bag of the Italian Roast because my usual supermarket beans were pulling watery shots with barely any crema. You can tell these guys roast fresh because the beans look beautiful and have just a bit of natural oil on them. The grind was smooth and the flavor handles milk perfectly without losing that deep cocoa punch. My homemade lattes taste better than the coffee shop down the street now.

The Italian Roast from this spot is exactly what you need if you want a thick, heavy pull with a proper crema. The beans are roasted evenly and have just the right amount of surface oil without clogging up the grinder burrs. The bold flavor cuts right through milk when making a latte or flat white, giving you a strong kick without that awful, ash-like burnt taste. It's a quality daily drinker.

10/10 product! We have been ordering the Highlander Grogg from this roastery for almost a year now for our weekend routine. Every single delivery arrives within a few days, and you can tell the beans were roasted very recently. The butterscotch and caramel notes are very noticeable when it's brewing, but they don't overpower the actual taste of the coffee beans. It is just a very pleasant, smooth cup to wake up to on a Sunday morning. I usually buy the larger bag now so we don't run out so fast.
